The High Compliance version has permanently sewn-in soft protecting pads. HipSaver SlimFit is ideal for fashion conscious and active elders who are at risk of hip fracture, but reject uncomfortable and obvious hip protection products. 

NOTE: For the HipSavers High Compliance the pads are permanently sewn in, so they are not removable.
