This soft cervical collar assists in the treatment of: 

• Intervetebral disc injury
• whiplash injury
• muscle tension and stiffness

DIRECTIONS:

• Look straight ahead and keep your chin parallel to the floor
• Fit the collar snugly around your neck so your chin sits in the depression of the collar
• Secure the fasteners at the back of your neck
• Make sure you can breathe comfortably
• If too tight or loose, adjust the fastener again 

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: 

• Gently squeeze in warm soapy water and repeat in clean water
• Again, gently squeeze to remove excess water and lay flat to dry 
• Do not machine wash, tumble dry or bleach
