SELECTING THE CORRECT HEIGHT:

• Make sure you are wearing normal footwear and stand on a flat surface
• The handle of the stick should be level with your hip and your arm should be slightly bent at the elbow (as in diagram) which should allow you to feel comfortable
• If the stick feels too long or short or uncomfortable, you will need to adjust the height
• To adjust the height of the stick, press the spring lock button and adjust stick up or down as needed
• Make sure button is locked at desirable height

USING YOUR WALKING STICK

• It doesn't matter in which hand you hold your stick, left or right. However, it is mainly used on the opposite to the problem side

CARE OF YOUR STICK

• It needs very little care. However, when wet it should be lightly dried when you have finished using it 
• Replacement tips are available in most pharmacies
