This is designed to easily wrap around your Wrists, ankle, Elbow, Jaw and other affected areas. 

Strap stretches from 70cm - 115cm

Simply wipe down with a damp cloth and air dry. Do not soak in water, tumble dry or machine wash.

HOT
Heating up the pack (as per instruction on the product) may assist with:

Cooling the gel pack (as per instruction on the product packaging) may assist with:

• Pain relief: applying cold will numb the painful area and reduce inflamed tissue.
• Reducing swelling: a cold press may reduce blood flow and stop bleeding.
• Aids with pain relief from tooth extractions
