How to properly use silicone ear plugs:

Plugs should be applied by an adult, never a child
Shape whole plug into ball. Flatten plug with fingers
Shape to cover outer ear until snugly fit
Loosen & remove plugs by pressing up behind ear.
Plugs are reusable.
Discard 2 weeks afrer initial use (Max 5) or if plugs crack, separate or become dirty
DO NOT tear plugs apart or force into ear canal
DO NOT use with swim cap
DO NOT use for sleep or noise prevention
DO NOT make contact with hair, lotions, sunscreens or chemicals. Handle with clean and dry hands
