For Hot

Microwave gel pack for up to 45 seconds in a standard 800 watt oven. Once desired temperature is achieved wrap a cloth around the pack and apply to affected area. Do not overheat.

For Cold
Freeze gel pack for 30 - 120 minutes.

Wrap a cloth around the pack and apply to affected area.

If contents are exposed to the skin rinse with water and discard pack. Gel contents are non toxic
