Slip end of support over foot and slide up and over the knee so that the middle section of the sleeve sits directly over the patella (knee cap).

Care Instructions

Recommend placing product in a delicates washing bag. Machine wash in cold water. Drip dry. Do not wring, twist, tumble dry, bleach or dry in direct sunlight.
